Portuguese real estate brokerage Porta da Frente Christie’s has integrated eSelf AI’s technology, generating over $100 million in sales through AI-driven leads.
João Cília, CEO of Porta da Frente Christie’s, shared with Fox Business Digital that the firm has seen remarkable results since introducing the AI agent about a year ago.
"We manage over 5,000 properties, and no human agent can possibly remember every detail about each one. But an AI agent can," Cília explained. "This means that customers receive more accurate and immediate information, often surpassing what a physical agent can provide."
AI Enhancing Customer Experience Across Time Zones
When interacting with Porta da Frente Christie’s AI agent, users provide basic details such as preferred location, budget, and number of bedrooms. The AI then searches listings, offers virtual tours, and provides detailed property insights.
Beyond streamlining property searches, the AI assistant enables clients across different time zones—such as those in the U.S. and Brazil—to receive prompt responses despite the five-hour time difference.
Additionally, the AI agent reduces the firm's reliance on overnight staffing while simplifying the property search process for customers. "In a way, it replaces the manual search customers would typically conduct online," Cília noted.
Looking ahead, Cília believes that AI will fundamentally change how real estate transactions are handled. "If adopted on a large scale in the near future, AI agents could significantly reduce the need for physical consultants, making property sales far more cost-effective.
